Bakes
Can you cater for those with allergies?
We can never guarantee that our products will be not have traces of Soya/dairy/gluten/nuts as we bake in the same kitchen as these allergens. However we do bake dairy/gluten/nut free products at different times within the kitchen to reduce contamination
Do you offer gluten and dairy-free options?
How could we not? Everyone deserves a treat! Either select your dietary requirement from the drop down if not, please contact us stating the the dietary requirements and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Please be aware that these treats are made within the same environment as our gluten and diary containing treats.
Are any of your products vegan?
We couldn’t miss you out! We do offer vegan brownies and vegan sponges and biscuits
How fresh are your bakes?
Our bakes are all freshly made to order, which is why we have limited dispatch days.
Can I freeze the box contents?
Of course! If you can resist inhaling all the products in the first day, then all our products can be frozen for another day.
How do I store my bakes?
Most our bakes can be stored in a cool place however sometimes we think the fridge can be a better home.
Do you make occasion cakes?
Our head baker, Chris has been making special occasion cakes for longer than Tia was born. Please contact us with what you require and we can get back to you.
Can I sample your bakes?
We can make up samples in your designs ahead of a main order. Samples are £50, with £25 credit towards the main order.
Ordering Online
Can I edit my order?
There is an opportunity to edit your order before we wave goodbye to it from the bakery, just email, message or call us and we will try our best to help out.
How do I place a custom order?
Unlike with cookies, we won’t bite! Please head on over to our social media pages or send an email to orders@crumbsbox.com
How do your cake subscriptions work?
No one gets tired of cake deliveries surely? This is why we have come up with either 3,6 or 12 month subscription boxes. You can pay for these as a one off price to save some pennies or you can do this as a standing order each month. This is definitely a good present for someone who wants to try out a variety of themed bakes!
Can you make larger portions?
Yes! Please contact us with how many you will need and we will get back to you with a quote! We can aid corporate gifting, even wedding favours!
How big are the boxes?
Our boxes are approximately …….. 160mm x 240mm x 22mm (small) 245mm x 195mm x 47mm (large)
Can I add a gift note/message?
We love surprises, I mean who doesn’t love presents? We offer a free personalised message card with each of our boxes.

How do I order?
Simply head on over to “boxes” and select your chosen goodies, click “add to basket” and proceed to the check out. If you live nearby, please select the “collection option” and we will meet you at the front of our bakery with your box.
Can we not include prices with the order? It's a surprise!
We don't include prices in any of our boxes so do not worry!

Delivery & Packaging
How does delivery work?
When adding an order to your basket select which delivery option to prefer, this could be 1st class or tracked 24
I want to place an order to send to multiple address, can I do this?
Of course! We love sharing our bakes all around the UK! If you select “to a different address” option, you can then input this information and you will be able to add a separate address. Just double check this is all correct before proceeding to checkout!
Can I get the box for a specific date?
A lot of our bakes will last a couple of days however If there is a certain date you need our goodies for, please get in touch!
Can I change my delivery address?
We all make mistakes! Just drop us a message. Although we can't change the address once this has been dispatched
When are boxes dispatched?
Boxes are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday ( if needed by a certain date then we can dispatch to suit) if there is a strike then we would send earlier to avoid any delays
Do I need to be at home to receive my box?
Our boxes sometimes need signing for, so if you are not going to be in please leave a description of a safe place or trust that your neighbours are not feeling too hungry! Letterbox boxes will be posted through the door and our larger boxes can be left in a safe place
What do I do if my box doesn't arrive?
Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will get onto our delivery companies to locate your goodies
Recycling your Crumbs box packaging
All our goods are wrapped in a Natureflex wrap which is a Home Compostable & Biodegradable Clear Eco Film. Our boxes are cardboard which can be reused or recycled. We also use a self adhesive paper tape for wrapping and also a zero plastic selotape

Do you supply to cafes / wholesale?
We have worked with companies previously in relation to wholesale bakes, please drop us a message and we can talk cake
Will my Grandparents like them?
Do they have a sweet tooth? Of course they will! We do base a lot of our products on traditionals such as mince pies, coffee and walnut cake and victoria sponge, so there are always a few options available!
Do you cater for events?
Give us the date and we will be there! Jokes aside, we love to get involved in events, please drop us a message and say hi and we can discuss what we know best - cake!
I’m a blogger/influencer, can we collaborate?

Do you make dog biscuits? What are your dog’s names?
When creating this brand we had the intention of including our whole family so we had to cater for our two floofs, Ziggy and Luna. They do enjoy testing our biscuits to ensure they are up to standard so the answer is yes, and pretty dog biscuits too!
